Produced on a purpose designed automotive CMOS process, our unique ICs combine high performance analogue circuits, flash memory, microcontrollers, high density digital logic and high voltage circuits on a single chip.

Such a high level of component integration reduces component count and interconnection requirements, thereby substantially improving automotive system reliability. It also simplifies component qualification – there are simply far fewer parts requiring approval.
